摘要
采用实验法,将大鼠随机分成非穴位刺激组、穴位刺激组(刺激"足三里"、"承山"、"大椎"、"命门"穴位)进行电针刺激,观察大鼠骨骼肌ATP酶、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)活性的变化。结果表明:穴位电刺激使大鼠骨骼肌ATPase、LDH和CPK活性比非穴位刺激组显著升高(P<0 01),并对协调发展磷酸肌酸(CP)供能,糖酵解供能能力有明显效果,说明了穴位电刺激能改善大鼠骨骼肌的能量代谢。
Using the method of experiment, the present thesis has randomly divided the experimental rats into unacupoint stimulation group and acupoint stimulation group (accept acupoint stimulation of 'Zusanli', 'Chenshan' and 'Minmen') and stimulated them with electric needles, so as to observe the change of the activity of ATPase, LDH and CPK in rats' skeletal muscles. The results have revealed that the electrical stimulation at acupoint has made the activity of ATPase, LDH and CPK increase obviously(P<0.01)and have a marked effect on the coordinative development of energizational capacity of CP and glycogenolysis, which shows that the electrical stimulation at acupoint can improve the energetic metabolism of rats skeletal muscles.
