冶勒水电站地处高寒多雨的四川西南部山区,恶劣的气候条件、紧迫的施工工期,给沥青混凝土心墙施工增加了很大的困难。经过科学论证,精心组织,严格管理,总结出一整套管理、检测及质量控制措施,实现了多项技术突破,确保了沥青混凝土心墙工程的质量和施工顺利进行。

Yele Hydropower Station is located in the southwest of Sichuan Province, where it is cold and rainy. Abominable weather and short construction period of the project bring large difficulties to the construction of the asphalt concrete core. Since some measures such as scientific demonstration, abortive organizing and strict management have been adopted to sum up a suit of measures about management, examine and quality control, some items of technically breakthrough has been realized, the quality of the asphalt concrete core has been ensured and the construction has been process successfully.
