摘要
冶勒水电站安装2台冲击式水轮发电机组,具有较完善的状态监测系统,在机组运行中可以随时掌握设备的技术状况,避免突发性故障和渐变性故障的发生,实现了计算机对机组的自动控制,从而实现电站少人值班或无人值守,并使机组的检修工作由过去的定期预防性检修向以状态监测为基础的预测性维修方式过渡成为可能。
There are two Pelton turbine units installed in the Yele Hydropower plant. With the perfect status monitoring system, the data of technical conditions and deteriorate trends can be obtained during the operation of the units, which enable the auto control of the units with fewer people or even no people on duty, as well as the conversion from the old periodical preventive checking maintenance to the forecasting maintenance based on the status monitoring data.
