通过对活塞式压缩机气缸磨损修复方案的分析,得出能满足运行工况要求的可行性方案,实施后,大大延 长了支撑环的使用寿命,降低了备件和电费的消耗,确保了设备安全稳定、长周期运行。
A feasible project that can satisfy the working situation of the machine is proposed and applied through an analysis on the repair process of the abraded piston style compressor cylinder. And as a result, the service life of supporting rings is increased by several times, consumptions of spare parts and electricity is dropped making sure that the machine runs in safety, stability and a long period.
