面对入世后新的严峻形势,钢铁企业必须转变观念,高瞻远瞩,适应变化,与时俱进,与用户构建联系广泛、合作密切、互利双赢的长期稳定的新型销售伙伴关系。本文主要论述了如何构建钢厂与经销商之间长期而稳定的营销关系。
