摘要
“归核化”战略的基本思想是剥离非核心业务、分化亏损资产、回归主业保持适度相关多元化。本文主要探讨“归核化”战略实施流程问题。“归核化”战略的实施主要有收缩与扩张两种方法 ,通过收缩与扩张对企业资源重新组合 ,组织重新调整 。
The basic idea of refocussing strategy is characterized by getting rid of non-kernel businesses, channeling out deficit assets, and clutching principal business to keep appropriate correlative multiplicity. This article deals mainly with the issue of the execution process of refocussing strategy. The execution of refocussing strategy features two approaches, contraction and expansion. By contraction and/or expansion. enterprises have their resources reappropriated and their arms reorganized to achieve the strategic business return.
