摘要
随着我国证券市场的起步与发展 ,各种违法违规现象也逐渐涌现。本文试通过对各种违法违规现象进行总结、分析 。
With the development of the securities market in China, many irregular dealings have appeared. The paper tries to seek ways to redress these dealings by investigating and analyzing these illegal activities.
