摘要
研究了含 1 12 %Cu的高纯低碳钢的固溶和时效工艺对合金组织、硬度的影响 ;应用金相显微镜及JEOLJEM 2 0 10型高分辨电镜观察了沉淀析出过程。结果发现 ,其固溶态含有大量有序畴的不均匀固溶体 ;时效初期到时效峰之间 ,有序畴中不断形成类B2过渡相。时效峰是类B2过渡相 +有序畴的整和组织强化的结果。
Effect of solution and aging process on microstructure and hardness of Fe-1.12%Cu steel was investigated.The precipitation process was observed by optical metallography and JEOL JEM-2010 electron microscope (TEM). The results show that there are lots of uneven ordering domain after solution treatment. Transition phases (B2) form continuously in ordering domain from aging initial stage to peak appearance which is as result of the structure strengthening of combination of precipitation phases (B2) and ordering domain.
