摘要
对断裂发动机曲轴断口部位的金相组织、力学性能及轴颈与曲柄过渡圆角处的表面粗糙度进行了测试和分析。结果表明 ,曲轴轴颈圆角面上的机加工划痕造成局部区域应力集中和开裂 。
The microstructure,mechanical properties and surface roughness of crankshaft neck and crank transition round angle of the fractured engine crankshaft were examined and analyzed.The results show that the local area stress concentration,resulting from the machining surface scrath,forms on the round angle plane of crankshaft neck,leading to cracking and the initial fatigue fracture of crankshaft.
