摘要 利用化学成分分析、金相分析和力学性能测试等方法 ,对不锈钢散热器散热管渗漏原因进行了分析。结果表明 ,散热器管渗漏是由孔蚀造成的 ,供暖热水中氯离子含量高是导致孔蚀发生的主要原因。主管支管处形成的缝隙腐蚀是由氧浓差电池形成的 ,氯离子的存在形成自催化作用 。 By means of chemical composition analysis,metallography analysis and mechanical property testing,leakage reason of a stainless steel heat radiator tube is analyzed.The results show that the main cause of radiator tube leaking is pitting corrosion,which results from the higher chlorine ion in heating water.There is gap corrosion between mainstream tube and branch tube,due to oxygen concentration-difference cell and self-catalysis of chlorine ions,which accelerates corrosion.
