摘要 目的 观察血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)及其受体 (Flk 1)在正常绒毛及葡萄胎组织中的表达 ,探讨其在葡萄胎发生、转归及恶变方面的作用及意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测VEGF及其受体Flk 1在葡萄胎组织中的表达。结果 VEGF、Flk 1在葡萄胎中的表达与葡萄胎的孕周、胎次及病理类型无明显相关性 ;但在疾病发展中 ,VEGF和受体Flk 1具有促进血管生成及增加滋养细胞侵袭性的双重作用。结论 VEGF和其受体的表达水平可以作为反映滋养细胞生物学行为、判断病情发展和预后的一项新指标。 Objective To inspect the expression of VEGF and its receptor (Flk-1 ) in the normal villous and hydatidiform mole tissue, and to discuss its signifi cance in the development, transformation and malignancy of hydatidiform mole. Methods The expression of VEGF and VEGF receptor (Flk-1) i n hydatidiform mole was investigated using immunohistological staining method. Results There was no significant correlation between the ex pression of VEGF and Flk-1 in hydatidiform mole specimen and its clinical param eters, such as gestational week, times of parturition and pathological classific ation. However, VEGF and Flk-1 could both promote the development of blood vess el and enhanced the invasive capability of trophoblatic cells in the mole. Conclusion VEGF and Flk-1 can be a new index which could reflec t the biological activities of trophoblatic cells and help us judge the progress ion and prognosis of this disease.
