雪莲对力竭性游泳小鼠肝肾保护作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨雪莲对力竭性游泳小鼠肝、肾的保护作用。方法将雄性BALB/C小鼠随机分成4组:安静对照组、安静雪莲组、运动对照组和运动雪莲组。分别用蒸馏水和50%雪莲煎剂连续灌胃10 d,每日清晨1次。两个运动组进行一次性力竭性游泳(约4 h),所有小鼠采集血清测丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、血氨(Ammo)、尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN)。结果运动对照组小鼠血清诸项生化指标明显升高,与安静对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01);运动雪莲组也有升高,与安静对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01),但与运动对照组比较下降明显,也存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论雪莲对力竭性游泳过程中造成的小鼠肝、肾损伤有一定的保护作用。 Objective To study the liver and kidney protection of Saussurea medusa maxim (SMM)in exhaustive swiming mice. Methods 40 healthy male BALB/C mice were randomly divided into four groups: sedentary control group(SCG),sedentary + SMM group(SSG),exhaustive swiming control group(ECG) and exhaustive swiming + SMM group( ESG) . SCG and ECG were treated with intragastric feeding of distiled water once of every day in progression ten days . SSG and ESG were treated with intragastric feeding of 50% SMM in the same way . After ten days, the mice in ECG and ESG were forced to swim untill exhausted. The levels of ALT、AST、Ammo、UA、Cr and BUN in serum all mice were determined. Results The levels of the 6 items in ECG and ESG were significantly higher than that of SCG and SSG (P < 0.01), while ECG was significantly higher than ESG (P <0.01). Conclusion SMM can protect the liver and kidney of exhaustive swiming mice from damaging.
