通心络胶囊治疗不稳定心绞痛32例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tongxinluo Capsule in the Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的观察通心络胶囊治疗不稳定心绞痛(UAQ)的临床疗效。方法将64例UAP患者随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)及常规治疗加通心络组(治疗组),疗程为1个月。结果总有效率:治疗组为93.75%,对照组为68.75%,两组比较差异有显著性,P<0.05;治疗组无1例发生心肌梗死,对照组有2例发生心肌梗死(6.25%)。治疗组未发现明显不良反应。结论在常规治疗基础上加用通心络,能更有效地控制心绞痛发作,减少心肌梗死发生率。

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of tongxinluo capsule in treating unstable angina pectoris. Methods 64 cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into the control group (normal treatment) and treating group (normal treatment conbined with tongxinluo capsule) . The therapeutic course was one month. Results Effective was 93.75% in treating group and 68.75% in control group. There were significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05) . No acute myocardial infarction happened in the treating group.2 cases had acute myo-cardial infartion in the control group (6.25%). The treating group had no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion Tonxinluo capsule conbined with normal treatment can control angina pectoris effectively and decrease incidence of myocardial infarction.
