摘要
幼狗10只,将CT—HRP注入胆囊壁,在脑干发现:1、迷走神经背核中标记细胞分布干除吻、尾侧外的该核全长,闩上2mm到闩下1mm最为密集,占总标记细胞的75.93%。在核的横切而上,自尾侧开始,标记细胞在核的内侧和前缘,继之在核的前份近向排列,稍上,随该核由横位移行为斜位,标记细胞也随之成斜位。
In order to explore nervous dis tributive regularity of gall bladder the authors studied originating neurons of the efferent nerves of ga- ll bladderin the brain stem with t- he GT-HRP method. The experiment method are: (1)CT-HRP(20-40ul) injected into the wall of gau bla dder of the dogs(10 young dogs); (2) after survival period of 5-7 days, the dogs were transcardially perfu- sed and fixed; (3)the brain Stem w- as dissected; (4)the sections were pr- ocessed using The T. M. B Technique of Mesulam. The results showed that Iarge number of labeled cells appeared in the dorsal motor nucleus of the va- gus nerve(DNV) on both side S thr- oughout its whole length, except the very rosral and caudal of it. The l- abeled cells were the most numerous in the middle Part of the nucleus at levels of obex from above the obex 2mm to below the obex 1mm, 75.93% of the total labeled cells. The distribution of the labeled cells indicated certain, localization. characteristics. Those in the caudal part of the nu- cleus occupied the anterior and in- terior margin, then the labeled ce- lls arranged nearly transverse pos- ition. in the front part of the nuc- leus. The labeled cells arranged in a slant position when the DNV Ioca- ted from transverse position to sl- ant position the upper part aronud opening part of the central canal. while in the rostral part, the labe- led cells were smaller in unmber a- nd showed no definite localization, In the CNV, the neurit of the lab- eled cells near the bottom part of the 4th ventricle extended in to thd ependyma of the 4th ventricle. In ad- dition, a few number of the labeled cells appeared in the nucleus ambi- guus and nucleus reticularis latera- lis.
