摘要该论文是关于从大麦中提取 β -葡聚糖的一种新工艺的研究 ,该法能提取大麦中33%～ 75 %的 β -葡聚糖 ,并对提取粗成品中的还原糖和 β -葡聚糖进行了分析 ,还原糖含量几乎为零 ,β -葡聚糖纯度可达 80 %～ 92 %不等。
