论医疗诚信缺失的危害、成因与对策

Discussion on the Harm, Causes and Countermeasures of the Lack of Medical Trust-honesty

随着人民生活水平的提高 ,对公众医疗服务有更高的要求 ,然而目前医疗诚信缺失的种种表现 ,难以适应社会发展的需要。文章从医疗诚信缺失的表现着眼 ,指出医疗诚信缺失的危害 ,分析造成当前医疗诚信缺失的原因 ,并从政府卫生部门的监管、医院的自律与社会的他律以及社会的大环境的等方面探讨解决当前医疗诚信缺失的对策。

With the improvement of the living standards, people have higher demands for the public medical care, but the medical care has difficult to meet the need of the social development because of the lack of trust-honesty. The article points out the dangers of the lack of trust-honesty, analyses the reasons to this phenomenon, and also probes into the countermeasures to solving this problem from the point of supervision of the government, self-discipline of hospitals, social environment, and so on.
