近几年来,出现银行贸易结售汇顺差大于进出口顺差(简称顺收大于顺差)现象,且有逐年扩大的趋势。这引起了外汇管理等有关部门广泛而持续的关注。本文使用二维直角坐标系的方法,把"差额"问题转化为"差率"问题,作了比较深入的定量分析。

In recent years, the banks' surplus of sale and purchase of foreign exchange under trade account is much larger than the surplus of import and export according to the customs statistics in China. This paper uses the analysis method of two- dimension right- angle reference frame and converts the problem of 'difference in amount' into the problem of 'difference in ratio', and makes more quantitative analysis.
