喷施乙烯利对甘蔗群体冠层结构及一些抗旱性生理指标的影响 被引量:14

摘要 选用GT11和ROC20两个甘蔗品种为供试材料,在甘蔗伸长初期喷施100mg/L乙烯利,着重研究乙烯利对两个甘蔗品种一些抗旱性生理指标及工艺成熟期群体冠层结构的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下乙烯利处理有利于优化工艺成熟期甘蔗群体冠层结构;提高甘蔗叶片束缚水含量和束缚水/自由水比值及维持其稳定性,提高了两个甘蔗品种的脯氨酸含量及综合抗旱能力;保持甘蔗叶片叶绿素含量的相对稳定性,改善GT11甘蔗品质。 Two sugarcane varieties, GT11 and ROC20, were grown in the field. Ethephon of 100 mg/ L was sprayed on the leaves at the early elongation stage. Some physiological indexes for drought resistance at the mid-late stage and the canopy architecture at the processing ripening stage were measured. The results showed that, under the stress of soil moisture, the ethephon treatment improved the canopy architecture at the processing ripening stage, and increased the bound water content and the ratio of bound water to free water, and significantly retained their stability as compared with the control, and increased the chlorophyll content, retained its relative stability and it was more effective in GT11. The ethephon treatment also increased the proline content in the two varieties and retained relative stability of proline content in ROC20. As a result, the ethephon treatment increased the drought resistant ability of the two sugarcane varieties and improved the cane quality in GT11 as compared with the control.
