肝细胞生长因子受体在大鼠牙胚发育中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的研究肝细胞生长因子受体(c-Met)在大鼠牙胚发育过程中的时空表达模式。方法用免疫组织化学方法,检测c-Met在大鼠牙胚发育不同阶段表达的位置。结果c-Met在牙胚发育的不同阶段表达于牙胚中特定的部位帽状期(胚胎15d),内釉上皮阳性表达,中间层及部分星网状层细胞弱阳性表达;钟状期(胚胎19d),内、外釉上皮阳性表达,但内釉上皮较外釉上皮表达弱,中间层及星网状层细胞弱阳性表达;矿化期(生后7d),成牙本质细胞阳性表达。结论c-Met在大鼠牙胚发育过程中的表达具有时空特异性,在牙齿形态发生的过程中具有重要的作用,还可能与牙齿的矿化有关。 AIM:To investigate the expression pattern and possible role of the receptor of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),c-Met in rat embryonic tooth germs.METHODS: The expression of c-Met was detected by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS:Positive staining was detected in distinct parts of the tooth germ in different developmental stages.In cap stage(E15),the positive staining was detected in inner enamel epithelium,and the staining of the cells of stratum intermedium and stellate reticulum was less positive.In bell stage(E19),the positive staining was detected in both inner and outer enamel epithelium,but the inner was less than that of the outer and less positive staining was also found in the cells of stratum intermedium and stellate reticulum.In biomineralization stage,positive staining could be found in odontoblast.CONCLUSION:Expression patterns of c-Met in tooth germs have special temporal-spatial character,which implies that c-Met might plays important roles in tooth morphogenesis and biomineralization. [
