Design and Realization of Subminiature TV Receiver Based on LCoS Chip

The application of LCoS microdisplay in TV receiver system was introduced. The structure and features of LCoS chip were discussed. In order to reduce system's complexity and consumed power, the LCoS modules made by ourselves have analog video interface circuit and support both interleaved and non-interleaved TV signal. The scheme of UHF receiver, video conversion, LCoS interface controller and audio circuit of subminiature TV receiver were discussed.
