摘要
制备了经不同含量的聚苯胺涂覆的碳钢试样,通过腐蚀电位时效法研究腐蚀环境中的开路电压与时间的关系,利用动电位扫描研究塔菲尔曲线,检测了在质量分数为3.5%NaCl和0.1mol/LHCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。研究发现当环氧树脂脂肪胺固化剂充当溶剂首先与聚苯胺混合,再加入环氧树脂所制得的涂层比环氧树脂先与聚苯胺混合,再加入固化剂所制得的涂层的防腐性能要更好一些。研究结果表明聚苯胺涂覆的碳钢试样的防腐性能与样品中聚苯胺分散性有关,分散性越好,涂层的防腐性能越强。
Carbon iron samples plated with different content polyaniline are prepared. The relationship of open circuit potential and time in corrosive environment is studied. Tafel plots is investigated by potentiodynamic technique and corrosion actions in 3.5wt%NaCl and 0.1MHCl solution are measured. Research shows that the coating obtains more significant improvement of anticorrosion properties when fat amine hardener of epoxy resin acts as a solvent for neutral polyaniline at first and then mixes with epoxy than when epoxy resin mixes with polyaniline and then addes hardener. Results show that the anticorrosion properties of the carbon iron plated polyanilne are influenced by polyaniline's dispersion. The better dispersion is, the stronger the anticorrosion properties of the coating is.
