摘要
利用硅氧基的偶联作用,研究了用硅烷偶联剂合成的封闭剂在工件涂装前处理中的应用。通过对封闭剂浓度、pH值和温度等工艺参数研究,合成了无污染、性能稳定、可工程化应用的封闭剂。用该封闭剂对发蓝工件进行封闭处理后,能明显提高工件的抗蚀性和对涂层的附着力,解决了因皂化和铬酸盐钝化而带来的涂层附着力较差和环境污染等问题。施工工艺简单,成本低廉,适合表面处理行业工程化应用。
The coupling mechanics of silane coupling agent was studied. Corrosion resistance and adhesive force to coating of works could increase strongly by seal treatment to bluing works in silane coupling agent. The problems of lower adhesive force and environmental pollution with saponifying and chromatizing were resolved. The process is simple, cheap and suitable for engineering application in surface treatment industry.
