对我国优秀女排运动员成才过程中年龄特征的研究

Study on Age Features of Chinese Women Volleyball Players in Course of Becoming Elite Players

采用问卷调查与询访相结合的方法,对我国优秀女排运动员成才过程中年龄特征(包括专门训练、身体素质发展、技术掌握、竞技能力高峰期等的年龄特征)进行调查与分析。结果显示,该研究能为我国各层次排球队科学选材、科学训练等,提供运动员年龄方面的理论依据。

Using questionaire and interview, the author investigated and analyzed th age features of the Chinese women volleyball players in the course of becoming elite players,which includes the special training, development of physical fitness, handling of techniques, peak period of athletic capacity and so on. The results reveal that the study can provide the theoretical basis for the scientific selection of athletes and scientific training of the Chinese volleyball teams in various ranks.
