摘要
本文采用健康猕猴为实验对象,经股静脉接种 PVH-1(1×10~9pfu),动态观察血清干扰素变化情况。结果表明:2只较大的雌性猕猴在 PVH-1接种后血清干扰素水平未见变化(≤6.25IU/ml),较小的雄性猕猴在 PVH-1接种后第4小时血清干扰素水平上升到12.5IU/ml,在第8小时恢复基础水平(≤6.25IU/ml)。本文证实:PVH-1对猕猴血清干扰素诱生能力十分微弱。
Parvovirus H-1 has been saluted to be able to kill certain malignant tumour cells.It is interesting to know whether this virus,like others would be able to induce inter-feron(IFN)production in the host.Three Rhesus monkeys (Macaca mulatta) were thenused to test this immunological response to the inoculation of parvovirus H-1.Theywere inoculated intravenously of parvovirus H-1 in a dose of 1×10~9 pfu,and serumIFN was determined serially by the method described by Qu Di et al prior to andafter the inoculation.The results showed that there were no significant changed of serum IFN(<6.25IU/ml)in 2 adult female monkeys prior to and after inoculation of parvovirus H-1,but there was modest elevation of serum IFN(12.SIU/ml)in a young male monkey 4hours after injection, which soon returned to the basal level(≤6.25IU/ml)in 8 hours.This article confirms that parvovirus H-1 is a very weak IFN inducer in monkeys.
