先天性心脏病子代再显情况初步调查

AN INVESTIGATION ON THE RECURRENCE RATE OF CONGENITAL HEART DEFECTS IN OFFSPRINGS

作者等报道经上海医科大学中山医院直视手术确诊并矫治,其后生育子女的237例各种类型先天性心脏病的子代再显情况。先证者的子代先心病患病率为4.23％。不同性别亲代先心病者子代总的再显率无显著性差异,仅父亲患动脉导管未闭和房间隔缺损的子代再显率高于母亲患者的子代。亲子代先心病类型的一致率为41.7％,性别一致率为58.3％。

This paper reports the recurrence rate of congenital heart defects (CHD) in the offsprings of 237 parents operated on in Zhong Shan hospital of the Shanghai Medical University. Results showed the incidence in the offsprings of the probands was 4.23%. There was no significant difference 'between the-offsprings of fathers or mothers with OHD generally, however, the recurrence rate in the offsprings of fathers with patent diictus arteriosus and atrial &eptal defect was higher than those of the mothers. The concordance rates of types of OHD between parents and their offsprings was 41.7% and the concordance rate of sex between the parents and their offsprings was 58.3 %.
