正常与失血状态下刺激躯体神经对血压的影响

摘要 实验在乌拉坦与氯醛糖混合麻醉的大鼠上进行。正常血压时,用弱电流(300μA,100Hz,0.5ms)方波脉冲刺激腓深神经或桡深神经均引起明显降压效应;用强电流(600μA)刺激时降压效应减小甚或出现升压反应。刺激腓浅神经时,不论电流强弱均以升压反应为主。刺激正中神经则引起非常强烈的升压反应。失血状态下刺激上述神经均引起升压反应。除正中神经外,刺激上述神经所引起的升压反应均可为静脉推注东莨菪碱所阻断。 The effect of the stimulation of different somatic nerves with different currents on blood pressure was observed in urethane-chloralose anesthetized rats. In normotensive rats significant depressor responses were usually induced by the stimulation of deep peroneal nerves (DPN) or deep radial nerves (DRN) with weak current (300pA., 0.5ms in pulse duration at 100Hz for 30-60sec), and the -depressor responses were smaller if a stronger current (600μA) was used. The stimulation of the superficjal peroneal nerve (SPN) often caused pressor responses, no matter whether weak or stronger currents were applied. And the stimulation of the median nerve (MN) always induced very strong pressor effects. When the blood pressure of rats was lowered by haemorrhage, stimulation of any of the somatic nerves other than the MN induced pressor responses, which could be blocked by intravenous injection of scopolamine.
