赤子爱胜蚓纤溶酶的药理性质探讨

A PHARMACOLOGICAL STUDY OF THE EARTHWORM EXTRACT FROM EISENIA FOELIDES IN ANIMAL EXPERIMENT

用赤子爱胜蚓提取物给小鼠口服,观察其有无毒副作用及抗血栓作用,同时进行了血液凝血时间及纤溶活性的测定,结果表明:赤子爱胜蚓提取物小鼠口服后有极为明显的抗栓作用及增强纤溶活性的效应(P<0.01),优球蛋白溶解时间也有缩短。口服赤子爱胜蚓提取物具有毒副作用小,使用方便的特点,有进一步开展临床研究与应用的价值。

The earthworm has been shown to possess strong and potent fibrinolytie activity in vitro. In order to study the effect of this preparation in vivo, several animal experimental models of rats, mice were adopted by giving the earthworm extract either orally or through iv route. The following results were shown: (1) In various experimental animal models, the earthworm extract showed very obvious-influence on the thrombus formation. (2) In the study of coagulation and fibrin-olysis, most animals had a marked prolongation of KPTT, PT and TT both after oral intake or by intravenous injection. The nbrinolysia was demonstrated by the shortening of euglobulin lysis time. (3) The earthworm extract was found to be safe in administration both orally or intravenously with no obvious adverse* effects.
