上海地区汉族人群酯酶D基因频率调查

INVESTGATION ON GENE FREQUENCIES OF THE RED CELL EsD IN THE SHANGHAI DISTRICT

本文应用等电聚焦技术调查了上海地区汉族人群(420例)酯酶D(EsteraseD,EsD)多态性分布。EsD基因频率为EsD^1=0.6274; EsD^2=0.3607;EsD^7=0.0119。对不同人群EsD的频率分布进行了比较。

The polymorphism of EsD was examined in 420 normal nonrelated donors by isoelectric focusing. The gene frequencies of EsD1. EsD2 and EsD7 were estimated at 0.627 4, 0.360 7 and 0.0119. The observed numbers of the phenotypea were in good agreement with numbers expected under the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The Discriminating Power (DP) was estimated at 0.623 2.
