摘要
给正常小鼠灌胃硒化卡拉胶(Se-c)180mg/kq qd,连用11d,可使其血糖降低。四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠灌胃Se-c38.9,64.8,108,180mg/kg qd,连用11d,有明显的抗高血糖作用。用Se-c180mg/kg qd×10预处理的小鼠,腹腔注射肾上腺素后30min,其血糖值明显低于正常对照组,而腹腔注射葡萄糖后30~240min,其血糖均值虽然比正常小鼠低,但统计未见明显差异(P>0.05,n=10)。结果提示Se-c可能有降血糖作用。
x-selenocarrageenan(Se-c) 180mg·kg-1·d-1(ig) for 11 days produced significant decrease in blood glucose level in normal mice. Se-c (88.9, 64.8, 108, 180mg·kg-1·d-1(ig),for 11 days) produced more pronounced decrease in the blood glucose level in alloxan-induced diabetic mice. The elevation of blood glucose level induced by adrenaline(ip)was antagonized by preceding doses of Se-c (180mg·kg-1·d-1, for .10 days) (P<0.05, n=10) and that induced by glucose (ip) was not significantly antagonized by preceding doses of Se-c (180mg·kg-1·d-1, for 10 days) in normal mice (P>0.05, n=10). The results indicate that Se-c may have a hypoglycemic effect.
