摘要
作者对正常和SV_(40)感染的小鼠胚纤维母细胞(BALB/3T3,SV3T3)的条件液(CM)能促进培养细胞的生长作用进行了研究。CM的生长活性用细胞增殖试验(MTT法)检测对来自小鼠骨髓培养的肥大细胞(CMC)的影响,发现来自纤维母细胞CM支持肥大细胞的增殖,且经病毒感染的CM可增进生长活性。
We investigated the effect of conditioned medium (CM) by normal and Simian virus 40 (SV4o)-infected murine embryonic fibrobasts (BALB/8T3, SV8T8) on cell growth. Growth promoting activity of OM was determined by a cell proliferation assay (MTT method) which employed murine bone marrow-derived cultured mast cells. We found that fibroblast-derived OM supported the proliferation of mast cells and through virus infection may enhance growth, activity.
