骨髓增生异常综合征45例临床观察报告

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 45 PATIENTS WITH MYELODYSPLASTIC SYNDROME

本文报道了45例 MDS 病人常规血像、骨髓像等检查,部分作了骨髓活检,并与临床诊断加以对照,提出多部位骨穿有助于对该病本质的认识。进一步根据骨髓祖细胞培养以及核型分析,认为同时观察 GM-CFU、L-CFU 的增殖能力和核型改变,对预测转化为白血病有价值。

Peripheral and bone marrow blood cells of 45 patients with MDS were examinedmorphologically and cytochemically.Bone marrow biopsy was done in 13 of 45 pati-ents.The results were compared with clinical diagnosis,which indicated that bonemarrow punctures in multiple parts were helpful to further recognization of this dis-ease.It is valuable for predicting transformation from MDS to leukemia by determin-ation of proliferation of GM-CFU.L-CFU and karyotype at the same time.
