摘要
本实验借助ENNG致犬胃癌模型,动态观察血清和胃粘膜细胞水平的维生素A、E、C含量和胃粘膜病理改变。结果表明血清和胃粘膜细胞内维生素 A、E 含量与胃粘膜炎症、萎缩、不典型增生呈明显负相关(P<0.01),血清内维生素C含量与胃粘膜不典型增生呈明显正相关。
A large number of epidemiological and serological studies have suggested thatvitamins have preventive effects on some kinds of cancers.In the present study theserum and gastric cellular vitamins A,E,C were measured seqnentially in the courseof carcinogenesis in 6 dogs fed with ENNG(75 mg/day)for 8 months.The gastricmucosal lesions,serum and gastric mucosal cellular vitamins A,E,C levets in thedogs were studied at every 2-month interval for 15 months by endoscopy.The resultsshowed that 4 dogs evolved gastric cancer after administration of ENNG.The vitaminsA and E levels in the sera and gastric mucosal cells had a strongly negative correla-tion with infiltration of inflammatory cells,atrophy and dysplasia of gastric mucosa,whereas serum vitamin C level had a positive correlation with dysplasia.It is con-cluded that in the course of carcinogenesis in dogs induced by ENNG,low levels ofserum vitamins A and E,and especially their low levels in gastric mucosal cells may.be closely associated with the production of gastric cancer.
