摘要
本文旨在研究川芎嗪对弹性蛋白酶抑制作用及其对急性出血坏死性胰腺炎大鼠预后的影响。结果表明:川芎嗪浓度为0.03125mg/10μl 时对浓度为0.042U/10μl 的弹性蛋白酶有较显著抑制作用;急性出血坏死性胰腺炎大鼠血清弹性蛋白酶抑制力下降,而川芎嗪治疗后较显著地提高了大鼠血清弹性蛋白酶抑制力,并有效地改善了病鼠的胰腺病理变化,提高了生存率。
The present study was intended to evaluating the effect of tetramethupyrazine onthe elastase inhibitory capacety and the prognosis in acute haemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis in rats.The results showed that the lowest concentration of TMP of stati-stically significant inhibitory effect on elastasewith 0.0042u/10μl was 0.03125mg/10μl,the inhibitory capacity of serum on elastase in acute ha(?)morrhagic necrotizing pancrea-titis in rats were decreased markedly,and TMP could improve the inhibitory capacityof serum on elastase,pancreatic pathologic changes and survival rate.
