Approximation of the Discrete Ordinates Method for a Class of Control—critical Eigenequations

本文研究了迁移理论中一类控制临界本征方程,我们以泛函分析为工具,使用Banach空间上的总体列紧算子理论,证明了近似计算控制临界本征值以及相应的非负本征函数的离散纵标方法的收敛性。

In this paper we discuss a class of control-critical eigenequations arising from transport theory. We prove convergence of the discrete ordinate method to approximately calculate control-critical eigenvalue and corresponding non-negative eigenfunction, by using collectively compact operator theory in Banach spaces.
