歪头山磁选精矿烧结条件优化试验

本文介绍了采用歪头山细磁精矿粉,配加40%左右的优质返矿所进行的试验室烧结试验情况。试验结果表明,返矿粒度为5～0mm,用量为35%～40%时,采用厚料层及科层上部综合加热,完全可以得到强度高、FeO含量低、冶金性能好的优质烧结矿。

This paper presents the laboratory sintering test of mixture from Waitoushan magnetic concentrates and about 40% return fines with acceptable quality. The result shows that at the return fines (0～5mm) rate of 35%～40% the high quality sinter with higher strength, lower FeO content and better metallurgical properties could be producted using deep bed sintering and afterheating techniques.
