摘要
为了研究本钢一铁厂的返矿对烧结生产过程的影响,作了返矿对烧结生产的影响的试验室试验及返矿在烧结混合料制粒中的作用的半工业性试验,找出了在该厂现有原料、设备及工艺条件下返矿的适宜配量及粒度。
The laboratory test about the influence of return fines on sintering process and the pilot-plant test about the effect of return fines on mix granulation were conducted in order to reveal the influence of return fines on the sintering cperation at the №1 Iron Works of Benxi I&S Co. As a result, the optimum return fines rate and size composition are obtained for the present raw materials and existing equipment and technological conditions.
