摘要
球团氧化动力学的研究方法,有等温氧化的热重法和近似等温反应的化学分析法,试验发现,由于氧化反应本身的持点,要完全等温反应是很困难的。本文采用化学分析对两种不同磁铁矿含量的球团进行了氧化动力学研究,用混合控制的未反应核模型求解了模型参数。结果表明,未反应核模型的动力学曲线能很好地与试验结果相拟合,在600~1000℃范围内,球团的氧化是一个混合控制的过程。
There are two methods can be used to research the kinetics of pellet oxidation, the thermogravimetry under isothermal oxidation conditions and chemical analysing under near isothermal reaction conditions. As found out in resting, it is very difficult to attain fully isothermal reaction, due to the specific nature of oxidation. In this paper, the oxidation kinetics of two kinds of pellets with different magnetite contents were studied by chemical analysing, and the model parameters were determined using the complex controlled model of unreacted core. As a result, the kinetics curve of the unreacted core fit the testing results well, and in the rang of 600~1000℃, the oxidation reaction of pellets is of complex eontrof.
