摘要
分析了圆筒混合机进料系统堵料的原因,通过建立料流抛物线轨迹方程,计算了漏斗前壁板至头轮中心的最小所需距离,该计算结果与鞍钢新三烧二混的改造相符。
The reasons of plugging in the mixing drum feed system were analysed. By establishing the equation of material flow parabola, the necessary minimum distance between the front wall of the hopper and the centre of head wheel was calculated. The calculation result meets the case of the secondary mixing drum system modification in the newly-built No.3 sinter plant of Anshan I&S Co.
