摘要
本文提出一种针对鞍山钢铁公司新三烧结厂的烧结矿化学成分超前预测策略,为稳定成分的控制莫定基础。以采集的现场数据为基础,采用系统辨识方法建立多个SISO和MISO时间序列模型,在此模型基础上建立超前预测模型。比较烧结矿化学成分的测量值和预测值验证模型,结果是令人满意的。
In this paper, the advance prediction strategy of the sinter chemical composition is proposed for the sintering plant No. 3 of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., as the basis of the composition control. The SISO an MLSO seguential models are developed on the basis of collected plant data. As a result, the advance prediction models are established. The models are identified through comparing the actual composition with the predicted one. The result is satisfactory.
