摘要
本文介绍了承钢采用钒钛磁铁矿生产超高碱度烧结矿的试验、生产及其高炉冶炼的情况,并对超高碱度烧结矿的冶金性能进行了评价。试验及生产结果表明:高炉采用超高碱度烧结矿后焦比和熔剂单耗大大降低。
The experimental test and production of high basicity sintets from vanadium--titanium magnetite concentrates, as well as their metallurgical behavior in BF of Chengde I & S Co. were described in this paper. The metallurgical ptoperties of such sinters were evaluated. As using sinters of this type as BF burden, the coke rate and flux consumption were decreased significantly.
