在造球混合料中添加0.02%～0.03%的有机粘结剂就能使膨润土加入量由目前的1.8%～2.0%减少到0.5%～0.7%。若用消石灰作粘结剂,消石灰的加入量以0.5%～1.0%为宜,同时加入0.1%～0.2%的有机粘结剂就能满足竖炉生产对生球爆裂温度和其他质量指标的要求。
The bentonite addition can be reduced from the current 1.8%～2.0%to 0.5%～0.7%, when binding additive composed of bentonite and organic binder is used in which the organic binder A or B is added at a level of 0.02%～0.03%. When the mixture-binder is composed of lime hydrate and organic binder, the appropriate addition rate of lime hydrate is 0.5%～1.0%, and the water soluble organic binder A is added at a level of 0.1%～0.2%, such a mixture-binder can meet the operational requirements of pelletizing shaftfurnace.
