蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗小儿脑炎致急性偏瘫血中6-K-PGF_1α,TXB_2的变化 被引量:2

摘要 应用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗小儿脑炎致急性偏瘫共25例。沿疗前后检测血中的6-K-PGF_1x及 TXB_2.结果表明:治疗后血中 6-酮-前列腺素 F_1x 明显增高,血栓素 B_2明显降低。推测蝮蛇抗栓酶之所以具有去纤、溶栓、扩血管等作用,可能与血中前列腺素、血栓素 B_2水平变化有关。 The residue encephalitis and acute hemiplegia of child in 25 cascs were treated with Agkistrodon halys antithrombotic enzyme.The piasina concentration of 6-K-PGF_1x,TXB_2was investiguted both before and after treatment.The study showed that the 6-K-PGF_1x were increased and TXB_2decreased obviously as compared with befor treatment(P<0.05).The Agkistrodon halys antithrombotic enzyme posseses effect defibrination,thrombolysis,vasodiation whieh were probaply related to the change of prostaglandin and TXA_2.
