清栓酶治疗缺血性脑血管病的经颅多普勒脑血流分析

ANALYSIS OF CEREBRAL BLOOD FLOW FOR ISCHEMIC CEREBRAVASCULAR DISEASE BY TCD——TREATMENT WITH AGHISTRADON HALYS THROMBOSASE AND COMPUND DANSHEN

本文选择缺血性脑血管病患者72例。随机分为两组:1治疗组(清栓酶组)36例。用清栓酶0.5~u 加入低分子右旋糖酐500ml 中静滴.每日一次.Ⅱ对照组(复方丹参组)36例。用复方丹参16ml,加入低分子右旋糖酐500ml 中静滴。每日一次,疗程均为十五天。治疗前、后分别行经颅多普勒脑血流分析(简称 TCD)。结果发现两种药物治疗缺血性脑血管病均有效。其总有效率清栓酶组为:94.4%,复方丹参组为61.1%。前者优于后者.有显著性差异(P＜0.01)。

In this paper,72 cases with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were divided randomly into two groups test growp with 36 and control group with 36.On test group,every patient were treated with 500ml low molecular dcxtran and 0.5u Aghistrodon halys thrombosasc injection intra venously every day,and control group were treated with 500ml low molecular dcxtran and compound Danshen.The course of treatment arc two weeks.Two groups was examined with TCD before and after treatment.The result suggest that two kind of drugs are effective.On test group,effective rate is 94.4% and on control group is 61.1%.There are signifficant(P<0.01)between tow groups.
