摘要
针对30万、60万kW汽轮机末级叶片叶身综合铣削中的拉筋凸台数控加工提出了一个可行的数学方法,并据此编制了相应的计算机程序,由计算机输出最终数控加工指令,取得了较好的加工效果。
A Practical mathematical model on computer aided manufacturing surfaces of blade and its convexity is proposed. Based on this mathematical model, the NC programs of blade and its convexity were programmed, and a satisfied processing result was obtained.
