摘要
本文用CB-HRP逆行追踪和PAP免疫细胞化学法结合研究大鼠迷走神经背核(DNVN)在脑干的定位及其中的CCK和CGRP能神经元的分布。结果表明:大鼠DNVN在脑干为一“Y”形的细胞柱,头端起自闩以上3.5mm,尾端延至延髓末端锥体交叉水平,全长约5mm左右。在DNVN中HRP与CCK双标细胞占HRP标记细胞总数的68.6%,而HRP与CGRP双标记细胞占HRP标记细胞总数的48.7%。提示在DNVN中至少有一部分神经元可能含有CCK和CGRP两种神经递质。
The distribution of cholecystokinin-containing and caleitonin gene-related peptidecontaining neurons in the rat dorsal nucleus of vagus nerve (DNVN) were studied by combined method of CB-HRP tracing and PAP immunocytochemistry. The results showed that the DNVN existed in the rat brainstem as a "Y" -like cellular column beginning craniallv at 3.5mm above obex and extending eaudallyto pyramidal deeussation of the medulla oblongata. The ratio of double labeled neurons in total HRP labeled neurons in the DNVN was 68.6% for CCK/HRP and 48.7% for CGRP/HRP respectively. It is possible that at least a part of neurons of DNVN contain both CCK and CGRP as neurotransmitters.
