摘要
研究了固体粉末法RE-B-V共渗工艺、渗层的组织及性能,探讨了渗剂配比及处理工艺参数对共渗层厚度及组织的影响。试验结果表明:稀土具有明显的催渗作用,其加入量有一最佳值,选用合适的渗剂配比对45钢进行共渗,其耐磨性比单一渗硼有明显提高。
This paper deals with the pack rare earth-boron-vanadizing technique, microstructwes and properties of its layer. The influence of the amount of compound agent and technique parameters on the thickness of compound layer and on the microstructure is discussed. The experimental results show that the catalysis effect of RE is remarkable and the atnout of RE in the agent has an optimum value. The wear resistance of 45 steel after rare earth-boron-vanadizing with appropriate agent proportion is remarkably improved compared with boronizing.
