压印机厂房振动治理措施的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对压印机引起的厂房振动进行了治理。首先对车间的机器、地基及楼板进行试验振动分析,详细了解振动体振动的频率结构,然后建立减振系统的力学与数学模型,并对隔振器的性能参数及效果进行了计算,最后,选出合适的减振器。 The aim of this research is to find out the measures to manipulate the vibration problems of the stamping machines workshop buildings. Firstly the machines, their foundations and floor systems were analysed experimentally. The vib tion frequency structures of the vibrating bodies were adequately comprehended. The mechanical and the methematical modes of the researched vibration system were established. The characteristic parameters of the isolators and the performance of the same were calculated. Finally a suitsble isolating ays tern to minimize the vibration of the wirkshop building within the required standard are proposed.
