阀门密封面喷焊材料耐磨性的研究

摘要 在25钢上等离子弧喷焊PHCu-150合金粉末制造的阀门密封面具有较小的摩擦系数,降低了阀门开闭时所需的开关力矩,减小了驱动电机的功率,从而节约了原材料、能源,降低了产品的成本。 Plasma arc powder surfacing PHCu-150 alloy on carbon steel grade 25 is used for the valve seal. This has lesser friction factor, decreases in the moment to turn on or off the valve and in driving motor power, as a result, save raw materials and sources of energy. This research has been used for the valve manufacture, which has achieved considerable economy.
