五种鹅观草属植物的核型研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对5种鹅观草属植物:鹅观草(Roegneria kamoji Ohwi)、纤毛鹅观草[R.ciliaris(Trin)Nevski]、多秆鹅观草(R.multiculmis Kit.)、毛盘鹅观草(R.barbicalla Ohwi)、五龙山鹅观草(R.hondai Kit.)进行了核型研究。其中后3个种的核型为首次发表。研究结果表明:鹅观草、纤毛鹅观草、多秆鹅观草可独立成种,而毛盘鹅观草和五龙山鹅观草应予合并。 The karyotypes of five species in wheat--grass(Roegneria C. Koch)genus were studied, including R. kamoji Ohwi, R. ciliaris (Trin.) Nevski, R. multiculmis Kit., R. barbicalla Ohwi and R. hondai Kit. Among these five species, the karyotypes of R. multiculmis, R. barbicalla, R. hondai were first reported. The results indicated that the first three canbe called independent species, while the other two should be combined in one.
