虾头的开发利用研究

Researches on Exploitation and Utilization of Prawn’s Head

本文阐述了虾头开发的意义及其利用的具体途径。在实验研究的基础上给出了作为饲料和食品加工的工艺流程及相应的工艺装备。论述了该工艺装备设计的基本原理,并对虾头利用的经济效益做了分析。

This paper deals with significace of exploitation of prawn's head and its practical way to utilization. On basis of experiment and research the technological process for feed and food processing and corresponding equipment are presented. The basic principle of technological equipment design is discussed, and the economical benefit to exploiting prawn's head is analysed.
